In a heavy footfall environment providing an extended hours food service the quality of the Morton build comes into its own. their Vapour Heated Bain Marie system provides ideal keeping facilities for hot all day food.  The well has a drain but the condense can be wiped out during the day, keeping it clean and easier to care for.


This particular counter was one of two which went into this contract, built completely in Morton’s Glasgow works and has Vapour Heated, Refrigerated, Ambient and Soup sections, with Plate Lowerators and a Carving Station all under Gantries with variable dimmer switches for heat or just lighting and sneeze screens.  Panelling can be clipped into place so that should a decision be made to alter the decor of the area, new panels could be fitted for a complete face lift.  Trayslides are tubular or granite and the counter finish can also have a good range of options to provide an aesthetically pleasing design.
