The Isle of Eriska Hotel and Spa was a flagship contract for RH Morton. Managing Director, Judith Tatham and Sales Director, Mark Rodden listened to the brief from Beppo Buchanan-Smith and his Head Chef who had consulted widely with their team, and developed a design which was to stand this outstanding West Coast Hotel in good stead for many years to come.
The full kitchen area included bespoke manufactured RH Morton hot and cold servery, end tables on Charvet Centre Island Suite, Ventilation system, Combined Utensil/Dishwasher and Glass Wash up area, sinks, shelving, and Gram Refrigeration which were all installed by Morton’s own Service Engineers and Sheetmetal Tradesmen. Charvet 800 Series Modular cooking equipment was put together with through tops and some additional Morton fabrication to produce a stunning Centre Island Cooking Suite.
Attention to detail
The attention to detail with the management to facilitate Pot & Utensil Wash, Dish & Glasswashing, the Stills area to meet the needs of Morning Room Service, and Afternoon Teas, as well as the main restaurant catering, resulted in a kitchen which was a pleasure for the chefs to work in, and yet provided a first class efficient work flow in the space available.
Warranty & After Sales Service
With an on-going Warranty and After Sales Service being provided by Morton’s own staff to care for the LP Gas cooking equipment and extend the life of all of the kitchen equipment, this has been a successful long-term partnership of customer and supplier and one which R H Morton has been proud to work with.
