This extremely busy hotel, close to Glasgow Airport services a high volume of conferences, meetings, wedding and events as well as looking after residents. Apart from the main kitchen which services all the above, there is a Carvery with an open plan cooking suite and large Hobart Chargrill which R H Morton installed and upgraded that particular area.
The main kitchen was in need of its centre island suite replacing, and after a lot of consideration, the hotel management decided upon a Bonnet Cooking Suite with a new Morton Ventilation Canopy and fabrication in and at the end of the suite to enhance its overall function.
