After Sales Service
All kitchens and equipment supplied and installed by RH Morton are backed by fully trained and qualified Catering, Laundry and Refrigeration Engineers.  Korgi Logo
After Sales Service is provided on both a regular Preventive Maintenance Contract and Emergency Call-out basis throughout Scotland and the Isles.

Corgi Registration now requires all Service Engineers to be separately qualified for each category of Gas Work, which for the Catering Industry are:-

CCCN1 Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety Natural Gas.
COMCAT 1 / 2 & 3 Covering all installation, service and breakdown and commissioning of commercial appliances.
CONGLP1 Covering all installation, service and breakdown and commissioning of commercial appliances on LP Gas.
CKR1 Covering all installation, service and breakdown and commissioning of Domestic Cookers.

Annual Gas Safety Certificates can be issued after servicing to comply with Health and Safety as well as Insurance Requirements.

This Company has a strong commitment to Service and Parts back-up and strives to look after its customers and to help keep their kitchens fully functioning with minimal disruption.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts

Priority is given to customers with a Preventive Maintenance Contract in place to have their equipment properly serviced at regular intervals depending on the level and frequency of use. This can be quarterly for a very busy kitchen, twice yearly or an annual service for lighter use.

We can arrange two Major Services, and an Interim to grease gas taps, or give additional attention to the Dishwasher or Combi-oven. In all cases, the level of need for service can be discussed with you so that we provide an affordable and satisfactory solution which will extend the life of your kitchen and keep it in good working order.

Service times are by arrangement either in standard hours, or at times to fit in with your own operation eg early am, overnight or weekends. Contact us for a quotation for a Service Contract and Reduced Call-out charges.

Out of normal hours servicing can be arranged and Service Contracts undertaken to suit your business.
