A kitchen is not just about selling a cooker or a fryer, it's about providing an efficient workplace for a chef to create in, as well as an owner to be able to maximise a profit opportunity. We will also assist with EHO requirements and compliance with new legislation.
We have completed large scale, high profile projects for Lodge on Loch Lomond, Seamill Hydro, Gordon Ramsay’s Glasgow restaurant Amaryllis, award winning chef Colin Clydesdale’s restaurant Stravaigin and Stravaiginto in Glasgow, and Michelin Chef, Martin Wishart in Edinburgh.
Other clients have included the University of Newcastle, Stakis Hotels and Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries for whom RH Morton refurbished the serveries in most of the fleet, Pluscarden Abbey near Elgin and Howies Restaurants in Aberdeen and Dundee. Our attention to detail and ‘the best finishes anywhere’ on the quality of stainless catering equipment gives us the edge over our competitors.
For many years we have undertaken architectural stainless steel, and upmarket domestic kitchens for clients brought to us by designers and architects. These have included fireplaces, doors, dining tables, floor panels and a wide variety of specialist applications to be manufactured in stainless steel.
